Negroamaro 100% with average age of the vineyards of about 30 years old
TRAINING SYSTEM.
Apulian “Alberello”
VINIFICATION.
Negroamaro grapes are softly crushed and left in contact with the skins for about 6-7 hours, enough time to obtain the right shade of pink for the finished product. During the fermentation the temperature is maintained between 18-20°C
AGEING.
Around 3 months in stainless steel tanks that contribute to enhancing the aromas and flavours
TASTING NOTES.
The colour of the wine is bright and brilliant cherry, with rich and composite bouquet, fruity with hints of raspberry, cherry and peach blossoms. The taste is dry, harmonious, with a grassy background combined with a pleasant bitterish aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING.
For its sobriety, it finds the most varied combinations and goes very well also with fish appetizers
