VINIFICATION.
Vinification in red. After pressing the grapes, the must remains in maceration on the skin fot 10 days. The fermenting temperature is maintained between
24-26 ºC.
AGEING.
In stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES.
The colour of the wine is red-purple with garnet highlights, ample bouquet with hints of red fruits and carob, it is soft in the mouth and it has good persistence. The already ripe black grapes under the hot August sun have all the poetry of an endless plain, except when it meets the sea, and of the cool north wind that comes from the sea and makes the grapes drier, leaner and sweeter. That's how you capture an entire terroir in a bottle.

The wine is paired with elaborate first courses, roasts of meat and cheeses.
