TRAINING SYSTEM.
Guyot
VINIFICATION.
Vinification in red. After pressing the grapes, the must remains in maceration on the skins for 6-8 days at a constantly controlled temperature which is maintained between 26-28°C.
AGEING.
In stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES.
The colour of the wine is ruby red, the nose has an intense bouquet there you can perceive red berry fruits, of great finesse and complexity. The taste is soft and dry with a great body.
FOOD PAIRING.
It is combined with typica Mediterranean dishes.
