TRAINING SYSTEM.
Apulian “Alberello”
VINIFICATION.
Vinification in red. After pressing the grapes, the must remains in maceration on the skins for 10 days. The fermenting temperature is maintained between 24-26°C.
AGEING.
In stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES.
The colour of the wine is deep ruby red with violet reflections, an intense bouquet with hints of cherry, plum and spicy notes. It has a great body and the taste is soft and dry.
FOOD PAIRING.
It is ideal with important roasts and tasty dishes, the wine is much appreciated even with aged cheeses
