Hidria talks about our territory through the grapes we use and the method we adopt. 
Verdeca wine, skin macerated inside concrete tanks, is our interpretation of “Orange Wine”.

TRAINING SYSTEM.

VINIFICATION.

Grapes are harvested in the second half of September, then destemmed, pressed and fermented in concrete tanks, with 20 days of maceration on the skins.

AGEING.

24 months in concrete tanks, 6 months in bottle.

TASTING NOTES.

Golden color with amber reflections, typical of macerated white wines. Rich bouquet of candied fruit, apricot, orange skin and cedar, framed by Mediterranean scrubs’ balsamic notes. In the mouth is soothing, spacious, with a pinch of tannin and an attractive freshness.

FOOD PAIRING.

Great with medium-long aging cheese, lean meat and fish such as salmon.

You should serve at 15/18°C.
